Camera Access

Artrok requests access to your device's camera solely to allow you to photograph items you wish to list for sale. Camera access is optional — you may also upload images from your device gallery. We do not record video, stream footage, or access your camera at any time other than when you explicitly initiate a photo upload inside the app.

Phone Number & SMS Verification

If you choose to sign in using your phone number, Artrok will collect and store your phone number for the sole purpose of sending a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to verify your identity. This verification is handled by our own secure infrastructure — we do not use a third-party authentication provider for this feature.

Anonymity & Marketplace Safety

Artrok is designed with user anonymity in mind. Buyers and sellers on the platform do not have access to each other's personal information. The app does not include an in-app chat feature — all post-transaction coordination is handled offline by our admins.

All product listings submitted by users are reviewed by our moderation team before being published. Listings that do not comply with our Terms & Conditions, which are displayed at the login screen, will be rejected.

Payments and shipments are facilitated offline by our admins. No online payment processing occurs inside the application, and we do not store payment credentials of any kind.

Account Deletion

You have the right to permanently delete your Artrok account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Artrok is not directed at users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under that age. If you believe a child under 18 has created an account, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account and all associated data promptly.
